Prize Delivery

- •Winners must select their delivery address on our dedicated prize delivery page
- •Delivery times: 14-30 days
- •All prize deliveries include tracking information
Prize delivery is a complimentary service for reward draw winners. No additional fees apply.

- 1.After winning a reward draw, you will receive a notification email
- 2.Click the link to access our prize delivery page
- 3.Select or enter your preferred delivery address
- 4.Confirm your address and we will process your prize delivery
Prize Returns Policy
- •We do not provide monetary refunds for prizes
- •Returns are processed as bonus points credit to your rewards account
- •We can replace defective or damaged prizes with equivalent items
- •Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the prize
This is a promotional rewards system. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Points Refund Policy
- •Only the bonus points you spent on the reward draw will be refunded
- •We do not refund the total retail price of the prize
- •Points refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned prize
- •Refunded points are credited directly to your rewards club account
