Prize Delivery

  • All prize deliveries are completely FREE worldwide
  • Winners must select their delivery address on our dedicated prize delivery page
  • Delivery times: 14-30 days
  • All prize deliveries include tracking information
Prize delivery is a complimentary service for reward draw winners. No additional fees apply.

Address Selection Process

  1. 1.After winning a reward draw, you will receive a notification email
  2. 2.Click the link to access our prize delivery page
  3. 3.Select or enter your preferred delivery address
  4. 4.Confirm your address and we will process your prize delivery

Prize Returns Policy

  • We do not provide monetary refunds for prizes
  • Returns are processed as bonus points credit to your rewards account
  • We can replace defective or damaged prizes with equivalent items
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the prize
This is a promotional rewards system. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Points Refund Policy

  • Only the bonus points you spent on the reward draw will be refunded
  • We do not refund the total retail price of the prize
  • Points refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned prize
  • Refunded points are credited directly to your rewards club account
